Tesco is seeking a Product Admin Assistant to support our F&F Men’s Essentials team. You will help plan and deliver commercial, profitable and customer-focused ranges, working closely with the Assistant Buyer and Buying Manager to keep the product journey smooth from concept to launch.

You will assist with administrative tasks, data accuracy, sample management, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to pack preparation for strategy reviews and lifecycle management of samples.

Formación

• Experience with retail product data and range planning
• Ability to prepare analyses and reports
• Interest in clothing product development
• Numeracy and data accuracy skills
• Experience with data entry and sample coordination

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate product data in MPP/MPD systems (costs, colours, sizes, factory details, packaging grid)
• Raise and track POs for teams as needed
• Manage and organise samples: track arrivals, arrange rails, prep for trade meetings
• Keep sample cupboard tidy and accessible
• Support fit sessions by organising garments and updating trackers
• Prepare packs for strategy reviews and range sign-offs
• Assist with sample sales and lifecycle management of samples
