Job summary

Victorian Plumbing is seeking a Product Admin Assistant at our Leyland Head Office to support the product team in bringing stylish home furnishings to customers online. You'll handle listings, SEO content, SKU accuracy, and supplier liaison, ensuring data quality across systems.

Ideal candidates will have eCommerce or retail administration experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong Excel skills to support campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Experience in eCommerce, retail administration, or merchandising support is preferred.
• Strong interest in home furnishings and furniture products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with buying, marketing, and development teams to manage product listings.
• Upload new product listings to website and internal systems, including images, descriptions, dimensions, and pricing.
• Support product setup for campaigns, seasonal launches, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate SKU and stock data across systems.
• Ensure product content is accurate, SEO-optimised, and aligned with brand tone.
• Monitor competitor listings to inform content quality and positioning.
• Identify and flag errors or opportunities for improvement in product lifecycle processes.
• Liaise with suppliers to assist with order management and information gathering.
