Job summary

Qualifications

• Exceptional ability to read, interpret and manipulate data.
• Forecasting, production scheduling, placing orders, and maintaining tracking records.
• Understanding worldwide shipping, customs regulations, documentation and Incoterms.
• Strong written and verbal communication; second language desirable.
• Cost optimization and operational efficiency focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand and forecasting, and schedule orders to balance stock with demand.
• Own end-to-end delivery, monitoring production timelines with international suppliers.
• Align capacity and operations to prevent bottlenecks in logistics and warehousing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze supply chain data daily to turn figures into purchasing schedules.
