Job summary

Planet Organic Hampstead is seeking a Team Member in the Produce department for a full-time, permanent position. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Produce section, ensuring it stays well stocked, fresh and attractively presented while delivering excellent customer service.

This role involves ordering, stock control, merchandising and wastage management, closely with the Store Manager and buyers to ensure availability and strong commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Retail or grocery experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to manage ordering and stock control.

Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable guidance on produce and organic products.
• Own day-to-day standards of the Produce section including freshness, stock levels and presentation.
• Manage ordering, stock control, merchandising and wastage to support availability and minimise waste.
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards across the Produce area.
