Job summary

Bramwith Consulting is seeking a Procurement Transformation Programme Manager to lead a high-profile, multi-workstream transformation across a multinational organisation. You will drive the delivery of strategic change, benefits realisation and robust governance in a global context.

You will partner with senior leadership to design and deliver Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay improvements, ERP enablement and operating model redesign, with UK travel and remote work as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Procurement Transformation Programmes within multinational organisations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, operating models, S2P and P2P including technology enablers.
• Experience redesigning operating models, shared services or technology-enabled procurement change.
• Exposure to SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or Ariba is advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate complex multi-workstream procurement transformation programmes globally.
• Develop integrated programme roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Drive operating model transformation, process optimisation and shared services initiatives.
• Support ERP and digital procurement platform implementations (S2P / P2P).
• Collaborate with senior leadership, category teams, IT and international stakeholders.
• Oversee change management, supplier onboarding and business readiness.
• Establish governance, reporting and benefits tracking.
• Identify risks and ensure successful delivery of strategic procurement initiatives.

Procurement Transformation Programme Manager – 12-Month FTC – Remote Based (UK) with travel – £70,000–£85,000 + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a globally recognised organisation undergoing a major transformation across its Procurement function.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Procurement Transformation Programme Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering a complex, high-profile procurement transformation programme, with significant investment in procurement technology, digitalisation, operating model redesign and strategic process improvement.

You will be joining a large, established international business with an ambitious procurement transformation agenda, working closely with senior leadership and global stakeholders to drive strategic change, improve procurement capabilities and deliver measurable commercial benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate complex, multi-workstream procurement transformation programmes across a global business.
• Develop and manage integrated programme roadmaps, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Drive procurement operating model transformation, process optimisation and shared services initiatives.
• Support the implementation and optimisation of ERP and digital procurement platforms, including Source-to-Pay and Procure-to-Pay solutions.
• Work closely with senior procurement leadership, category management teams, technology functions and international stakeholders.
• Oversee procurement change management, supplier onboarding, business readiness and transition into business-as-usual operations.
• Establish robust programme governance, executive reporting and benefits tracking.
• Identify delivery risks, resolve challenges and ensure successful execution of strategic procurement initiatives.

Experience Required:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale Procurement Transformation Programmes within complex, multinational organisations.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, operating models, Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay and procurement technology.
• Experience of procurement operating model redesign, shared services transformation or technology-enabled procurement change.
• Exposure to procurement platforms such as SAP, Ivalua, Coupa or Ariba would be advantageous.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior procurement leadership and drive change across international teams.
• Relevant qualifications such as PRINCE2, MSP, PMP or Agile would be beneficial.
