Job summary

You will define fit-for-purpose procurement standards, oversee supplier risk controls, and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain agility while achieving governance and efficiency across the organization. This is a 2-3 day onsite role with a fixed duration.

Qualifications

• Procurement and TPRM expertise.
• Experience in financial services or regulated industries.
• Strong stakeholder management and governance skills.
• Experience with supplier risk, outsourcing and vendor management.
• Exposure to M&A integration, fintech/payments or technology procurement.

Responsibilities

• Assess and enhance procurement and supplier governance processes within acquired entities.
• Design and implement procurement and TPRM controls aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Engage with procurement, risk and business stakeholders to define governance standards and operating models.
• Identify supplier rationalization and synergy opportunities.
• Develop acquisition integration playbooks and templates for future integrations.
