Job summary

Ocado Group is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Excellence Analyst to shape how central procurement operates, optimise ProcureTech platforms, and refine sourcing workflows. You will serve as the primary commercial and systems SME, driving change and removing friction for the buying teams.

You’ll partner with buyers to streamline policies, automate routine tasks, and improve contract administration while aligning with ESG and risk standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end buying processes, negotiations and vendor management.
• Strong ability to translate complex workflows into actionable guidance for buyers.
• Comfortable working with digital procurement platforms and master new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve procurement tools and buying workflows across the team.
• Act as SME for procurement platforms and governance standards.
• Lead practical training to maximise platform adoption and efficiency.
