Job summary

Milton Keynes University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Procurement Supply Systems and Data Manager to lead governance, optimisation and development of procurement, inventory, catalogue and supply systems. You will ensure data accuracy, controls and robust processes across MKUH.

Working across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Digital and clinical services, you will drive digital transformation, system improvements and resilient procurement operations. Interview 17 November 2026.

Responsibilities

• Lead the governance, administration and continuous improvement of procurement, inventory, catalogue and related supply chain systems.
• Develop system roadmaps and improvement plans in partnership with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, ICT, Digital and external system providers.
• Provide specialist advice and guidance to procurement and clinical stakeholders on procurement systems, catalogue governance, IMS processes, master data and system data repositories.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with system providers, suppliers and partner organisations to resolve issues and ensure systems meet Trust requirements.
