Job summary

VanRath in Northern Ireland is seeking a Procurement Systems / Contract Lifecycle Management Specialist for a major business and technology transformation. The role is hybrid in NI, with a 1 Year FTC and openness to daily rate, supporting sourcing, supplier onboarding and contract management across Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT.

You will work with an external implementation partner, help design, configure, test, train and go-live, and assist in establishing the ongoing support model.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting an enterprise system implementation or transformation programme.
• Experience across procurement, sourcing, supplier management, legal operations or contract management.
• Understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management processes.
• Experience supporting testing, training and go-live activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of a new sourcing and contract-management platform.
• Gather requirements from Procurement, Legal, Finance and other business teams.
• Help configure workflows, templates, permissions and approval processes.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing, training and go-live.
• Work with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners.
• Improve supplier onboarding, sourcing and contract-management processes.
• Produce system guidance, training materials and process documentation.
• Support platform administration, user queries and system enhancements.
• Assist with reporting, data quality and continuous improvement.
