Job summary

Babcock International invites high-potential graduates to its Procurement and Supply Chain Management Graduate Programme. Over two years, you will rotate through four six-month placements across the UK, developing core sourcing, supplier relationship, and value chain capabilities while benefiting from structured mentorship and leadership development.

Starting salary is £35,000, with security clearances (BPSS/SC) as part of the programme, and opportunities to progress into permanent roles within

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Interest in procurement or supply chain management.
• Eligibility for BPSS and SC security clearance.
• Willing to relocate across the UK for placements.

Responsibilities

• Complete four six-month placements across the UK to gain broad exposure.
• Learn sourcing, supplier relationships, and value chain management.
• Participate in graduate development masterclasses.
• Transition into a permanent procurement role after completion.
