Job summary

Olleco is seeking a Procurement and Supply Chain Assistant to join our Procurement team. This role offers the opportunity to grow within a progressive renewables company and make a positive environmental impact across multiple sites nationwide.

You will maintain trackers, support weekly deliveries, liaise with suppliers, handle queries, and contribute to document control and audit readiness, thriving in a diverse environment that values safety and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and data handling.
• Good communication and professional telephone manner.
• Organised, proactive with ability to manage priorities.
• Team player who can work independently.
• Procurement, logistics or supply chain experience would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining contract, pricing, schedule and position trackers accurately.
• Arranging and supporting weekly product deliveries into relevant locations.
• Liaising with suppliers for reports, confirmations, specifications, pricing and load updates.
• Responding to internal and external procurement and logistics queries.
• Updating and sending reports to internal stakeholders.
• Supporting product specification, document control and audit-readiness activity
