Job summary

Praxis Capital Limited is seeking a skilled Procurement Officer to join our London team. The role supports procurement activity across property management services, supplier onboarding and contract records.

You will collaborate with Property Management, Facilities Management, Asset Management and Finance to drive tender activity, supplier performance, cost control and governance, with a bias toward M&E. The role is hybrid with UK travel requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within property management or facilities services.
• Knowledge of tendering, RFQs, supplier onboarding and procurement administration.
• Experience with supplier management and contract records.
• Strong governance, risk and compliance understanding.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement activities across property management services balancing value, quality and compliance.
• Assist with tender processes including scope, RFQs, ITTs and evaluations.
• Run lower-risk sourcing activities under guidance.
• Support supplier consolidation and cost-saving opportunities.
• Maintain supplier database including vetting and reviews.
• Track supplier performance using KPIs and SLAs.
• Prepare data, supplier comparisons and pricing schedules for negotiations.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Facilities Management and Asset Management teams.
• Ensure procurement activity follows governance, approvals and financial controls.
• Maintain accurate procurement records and audit evidence.
• Support mobilisation and new asset activity where needed.
