Job summary

Boeing seeks a Procurement Agent in Bristol to join a team delivering end-to-end procurement lifecycle activities in a hybrid-working environment.

You will negotiate pricing and contracts, engage stakeholders, optimise supply chain execution and monitor supplier performance. Experience in aerospace or defence is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract terms and negotiations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services.
• Engage stakeholders to ensure program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements.
• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.
• Optimise execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.
• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.
• Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.
• Mitigate risks and issues.
• Initiate supplier improvement activities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies.
• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
