Job summary

Boeing Defence United Kingdom Limited is seeking an expert Procurement Professional to join the Bristol team as Procurement Agent. You will negotiate pricing and contract terms, engage stakeholders, and drive source selection and contracting strategies.

You will also prepare information agreements, manage supplier performance, balance inventory and demand, and mitigate risks while ensuring delivery, quality and in-service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting contract terms and conditions development, negotiations and raising contracts.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience supporting cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and customer focus are critical to be successful in this role.
• Ability to obtain a UK security Clearance for which the UK Government requires UK residency.
• Experience working in Procurement or Supply Chain within Aerospace/Defence is preferred.

Boeing is seeking an expert Procurement Professional with procurement life-cycle experience to join the team as a Procurement Agent ( in Bristol ) who will be able to:

• Negotiate pricing and contract terms and conditions for products and services.


• Engage stakeholders to ensure that program, customer, product and in-service strategies are integrated into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.


• Prepare and execute proprietary information agreements


• Prepare and execute negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements.


• Optimise execution of the supply chain balancing inventory, supply orders and schedule demand.


• Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.


• Manage supplier/subcontractor performance and relationship to ensure delivery, quality, financial stability and in-service performance.


• Mitigate risks and issues.


• Initiate supplier improvement activities and provide results for integration into contracting strategies.


• Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
