Job summary

Airbus is seeking a Procurement Contracts Specialist in the UK, with primary location in Bristol or Toulouse. You will handle complex procurement contracts across systems, cabin, and propulsion, focusing on legal documentation and IP agreements.

A strong background in contract law and negotiations is highly beneficial. You will work within the PYCS Department to support buyers, lead contract strategy, and ensure compliance across projects, while enabling flexible and compliant procurement

Qualifications

• Experience in a legal or procurement role.
• Strong contract negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Analytical and rigorous with ability to explain complex topics.

Responsibilities

• Provide contractual expertise in procurement negotiations with suppliers.
• Support Call for Tenders by reviewing contracts and bids.
• Define contractual strategy for Airbus projects and related sourcing models.
• Advise internal stakeholders on confidentiality and IP issues.
• Draft ad hoc contractual documents with buyers and commodity teams.
• Approve contract documents prior to signature.
• Provide contractual analysis throughout the contract life cycle.
• Identify contractual risks and liaise with stakeholders.
