Job summary

CMD Recruitment Limited is advertising a Procurement Executive role in Devizes with hybrid working (3 days from home, 2 days in the office). The ideal candidate will have procurement experience and will support planning inbound/outbound stock, while managing stock movement from supplier to warehouse.

Responsibilities include international import processes, stock monitoring, supplier liaison, and CRM updates.

• Experience in procurement/purchasing is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Methodical, logical and organised approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage international import processes and procedures.
• Chase and verify shipping documents.
• Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers.
• Place orders and update the CRM.
• Report supply chain issues to minimise problems.
• Coordinate with couriers and service providers.
• Arrange bespoke samples and coordinate warehouse deliveries.
• Perform general administration tasks.
