Talent Drive | B Corp™ is seeking a Procurement Manager in Bournemouth on a hybrid basis (2 days in the office, 3 remote). You will manage end-to-end sourcing for indirect services, oversee supplier negotiations, and drive value through contract management and commercial analysis.

The role requires procurement or contract management experience, strong commercial acumen, and Excel proficiency. A structured, detail‑oriented approach will help optimise supplier performance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, sourcing, commercial or contract management.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and supplier management.
• Analytical skills and commercial awareness with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activity across indirect services categories.
• Manage low-to-medium value sourcing projects independently.
