Job summary

Orion Electrotech Ltd is seeking a Procurement Administrator to join a growing engineering manufacturer in Witney, Oxfordshire. You will raise and manage purchase orders, chase suppliers and maintain accurate delivery information in the MRP system.

• Experience within procurement, purchasing or supply chain administration.
• Experience raising and managing purchase orders.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Experience using MRP or ERP systems.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work with suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Raising and managing purchase orders to support production requirements.
• Chasing suppliers and maintaining accurate delivery information within the MRP system.
• Monitoring stock levels and helping to resolve material shortages.
• Taking a proactive approach to supplier communication and order progression.
• Working closely with Production, Stores and Quality teams to support manufacturing activities.
