As a Procurement Sourcing Specialist within this fast-growing function, you will receive one-to-one training and development from senior sponsors to enable your progression within 12 months, offering a phenomenal opportunity to create a legacy in largely untapped spend categories.

Key Role Involvements:

1. Gaining exposure to contract drafting, negotiating with major global suppliers, and liaising with stakeholders and legal specialists.
2. Learning about compliance and best practices throughout the strategic sourcing process.
3. Creating RFIs & RFPs to support major procurement projects, with exposure to tenders from start to finish.
4. Reporting directly to the Procurement Category Lead, with a personalized development program aimed at promotion within 12-18 months.

Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of sourcing experience, ideally across indirect categories.
2. Basic knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier contracts, with some exposure to contract drafting and negotiation.
