Strategic IT Procurement Manager - Global FTSE 100 - London or West Midlands - £40,000 - 55,000 + Car + Bonus

Due to an internal promotion, this multinational FTSE 100 brand is seeking an emerging Procurement professional to join their award-winning strategic sourcing team. Known for professional development opportunities, CIPS sponsorship options, and a collaborative, fun team environment, this £30bn+ Blue Chip employer offers a great opportunity for ambitious Procurement specialists.

Role profile:

• Autonomously manage long-term sourcing & category strategies for areas including IT, Software, Hardware, Professional Services, Engineering Services & Consulting, and IT Subcontracts.
• Execute multi-million-pound strategic procurement deals, managing the full process from stakeholder engagement, RFP, RFQ, contract negotiation, to supplier relationship management (SRM).
• Collaborate with and learn from a team of highly skilled procurement professionals from prestigious FTSE 100 backgrounds.
• Engage with Board-level stakeholders, gain support, and champion procurement initiatives.

Required background:

• Strong procurement, strategic sourcing, and category management experience from a FTSE 250 procurement graduate scheme or equivalent.
• Degree and MCIPS (desired but not essential; procurement experience is more important).
• Excellent communication skills.
