Job summary

Nscale, the GPU cloud for AI, is hiring a Paralegal to keep contracting running smoothly. Working with Procurement and Commercial Legal teams, you’ll manage the contract lifecycle for tech and supplier agreements from intake and first-pass review through signature, records and obligations tracking.

You’ll contribute to building a scalable procurement legal function, maintain the CLM system with metadata and dates, and support onboarding diligence and reporting for leadership.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2–6 years of paralegal or contract management experience.
• Experience with common commercial agreements (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, software licenses).
• Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage intake of procurement contract requests and route to reviewer.
• Prepare first drafts of standard agreements from templates.
• Conduct first-pass reviews and flag deviations for counsel.
• Coordinate execution and e-signature workflows and filing.
• Maintain the contract repository and CLM system with metadata and dates.
• Track renewals and obligations; alert stakeholders before deadlines.
• Support supplier onboarding diligence and compliance documentation.
• Prepare contract summaries and reports for leadership.
• Suggest improvements to templates and playbooks; support CLM projects.
