Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Hatfield is seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst on a fixed-term 6-month contract to drive procurement excellence, governance, and the implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution. You will translate data into actionable improvements and apply AI and automation across supplier risk, reporting, and operational workflows.

Candidates should bring strong Excel, Power BI and Dynamics 365 experience, with a proactive mindset, excellent communication, and

Qualifications

Experience in procurement, commercial or analytical roles.
Strong analytical, Excel and reporting skills.
Good understanding of procurement processes and governance.
Confidence using data, AI, automation and reporting tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power BI experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

Support development of Procurement Excellence across the business and improve systems, processes and governance.
Lead implementation of the CLM solution and drive opportunities to apply AI and automation across contract management, supplier risk, reporting and workflows.
Translate data and technology into sustainable process improvements and measurable business outcomes.
