Job summary

Freshminds in London is seeking a Commercial Analyst, Procurement for a 12-month contract to join a central procurement function. You will drive procurement excellence through data, technology and insights, improving adoption of procurement tools and identifying value opportunities across a diverse portfolio.

The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with large datasets, plus stakeholder management and communication. Power BI experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Graduate or early-career professional with up to 3 years in analytics, finance, technology or business improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an interest in data and reporting.
• Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable insights.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication; Power BI or other data visualisation tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Produce reporting, dashboards and analytical insights from procurement and business data.
• Act as a key user for procurement technology platforms and support system adoption across the organisation.
• Support procurement improvement projects focused on cost optimisation, operational efficiency and process enhancement.
• Assist with digital transformation initiatives, including analytics, automation, AI and e-sourcing projects.
