Job summary

Hunter Dunning is partnering with a Winchester-based interior design studio, renowned for high-end residential projects, to recruit a Procurement / Office Manager. The role is full-time and office-based, focusing on procurement and supporting the Director, designers and wider team.

A driver’s license and access to a car are essential due to the office location. You’ll work in a small, friendly team, handling confidential information and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a procurement-based role, within the Interior Design industry.
• Strong Estimac knowledge is essential.
• Confident using Outlook and MS Office, preferably on a Mac.
• Experience of Xero is preferable.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Able to manage conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and detail orientated.
• Comfortable working independently in a small team.
• Discreet and professional when handling confidential information.
