Job summary

Beaumont Select Limited in London is seeking a Procurement Manager to own day-to-day operations in a greenfield, generalist/IT focus within a newly created function. This 12-month FTC role is hybrid, three days on site, with autonomy across indirect categories including Technology/SaaS, Professional Services, Facilities, Travel and Production.

Qualifications

• Experienced procurement professional with a strong track record in indirect procurement.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work autonomously.
• MCIPS / CIPS Chartered status is a plus.
• Experience with sourcing projects, suppliers and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end RFQs and RFPs and negotiate with suppliers.
• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, renewals, and performance.
• Identify and deliver cost savings and commercial efficiencies.
• Improve spend visibility and reduce maverick spend.
• Embed procurement policies and best practice across the business.
• Partner with senior stakeholders and act as a trusted commercial adviser.
• Help shape and develop a brand-new procurement function.
