Insight Select Limited is seeking a Procurement Officer for a six-month hybrid role in London. You will manage end-to-end sourcing, run tenders and RFQs, and maintain supplier contracts. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a solid understanding of procurement policies and governance.

Daily rate up to £350 Umbrella, with hybrid working in London. Successful candidates will oversee supplier selection processes, monitor performance, and ensure value and compliance across procurement

Formación

• End-to-end procurement and sourcing experience.
• Ability to run tenders, RFQs and procurement exercises.
• Draft, review and maintain supplier contracts and procurement documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyse supplier proposals, costs and commercial terms.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple procurement activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from identifying needs through to supplier selection
• Prepare and run tenders, RFQs and procurement exercises in line with policies
• Draft, review and maintain supplier contracts and procurement documentation
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure contracts deliver value and compliance
• Support procurement governance, reporting and adherence to procurement regulations and procedures
• Procurement and sourcing experience, including running supplier selection processes
• Contract management experience, including drafting, reviewing and maintaining agreements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of procurement policies, governance and compliance requirements
• Ability to analyse supplier proposals, costs and commercial terms
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement activities at the same time
