Job summary

1st Executive Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to lead a Technology and IT Services spend portfolio within a major international banking group undergoing change. The role is hybrid with at least 12 days in the office each month and offers a competitive package.

You will develop category strategies, lead complex sourcing, negotiate contracts, identify savings, build stakeholder relationships, and support budgeting.

Qualifications

• Proven Technology or IT Services procurement experience within a global organisation.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with complex contracts and supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of a Technology and IT Services spend portfolio.
• Develop category strategies aligned with technology priorities.
• Lead complex sourcing projects and negotiate robust contracts.
• Identify savings and value across the contract lifecycle.
• Build stakeholder relationships and monitor supplier performance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
