Amarinth Ltd. in Rendlesham, near Woodbridge, is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead supplier relationships, purchasing activity and team development behind high-specification pump solutions delivered worldwide.

Reporting to the General Manager - Operations, you will manage the procurement department, ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, and collaborate across functions to keep production moving and meet customer delivery commitments.

Formación

• Experience building and developing supplier relationships.
• Experience managing and developing staff.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Professional telephone manner and confidence communicating with suppliers.
• Five GCSEs including Maths and English above grade C, or equivalent.
• Desirable qualifications: A Levels, HND or a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritise purchasing workloads and raise purchase orders.
• Lead supplier kick-off meetings to establish specs and testing requirements.
• Develop existing suppliers through reviews, audits and negotiations.
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to meet customer specs, cost and delivery.
• Own procurement KPIs, including on-time delivery and cost savings.
• Develop the procurement team through appraisals and training.
