Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Retail

Location: London or Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is delighted to be representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The role is at group level with a focus on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
2. Lead indirect category projects and contract negotiations
3. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
4. Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors and Department Heads
5. Support tenders and negotiate large, complex contracts
6. Drive cost reduction, mitigate risks, and control category spend annually

Experience & Requirements

1. Experience in indirect procurement
2. Proven end-to-end procurement project experience with clear outcomes
3. Ability to build relationships across departments and with stakeholders
4. CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is a plus but not mandatory
