Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Retail

Location: London or Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is delighted to be representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The role is at group level with a focus on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

Role & Responsibilities

1. Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
2. Lead indirect category projects and contract negotiations
3. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
4. Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors and Department Heads
5. Support tenders and negotiations for large, complex contracts
6. Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and manage category spend

Experience & Requirements

1. Experience in indirect procurement
2. Proven record of managing end-to-end procurement projects with successful outcomes
3. Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments
4. CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is desirable but not essential
