Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Retail

Location: London or Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is delighted to be representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing procurement team. The role is at group level, focusing on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

They seek a strategically minded procurement professional comfortable working collaboratively. This role is ideal for procurement professionals aiming to advance or those seeking to step into a larger, exciting business.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
  • Lead indirect category projects and contract negotiations
  • Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
  • Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors
  • Support tenders and negotiate large, complex contracts
  • Deliver cost reductions, mitigate risks, and control category spend

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience in indirect procurement
  • Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement projects
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders across departments
  • CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is a plus but not mandatory
