Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Retail

Location: London or Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus and additional benefits

Role & Responsibilities

1. Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
2. Lead on indirect category projects and contract negotiations
3. Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
4. Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors and Department Heads
5. Support tenders and negotiate large, complex contracts
6. Drive cost reduction, risk mitigation, and control of annual category spend

Experience & Requirements

1. Experience in indirect procurement
2. Proven track record of managing end-to-end procurement projects
3. Ability to build relationships across departments and stakeholders
4. CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is a plus but not essential
