Title: Procurement Manager

Sector: Retail

Location: London or Swindon (3 days a week, 2 from home)

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + up to 20% bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global is delighted to be representing a household retailer currently looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The role sits at group level with a focus on indirect categories such as IT, Marketing, Corporate Services, HR, and Travel.

The ideal candidate will be a strategically minded procurement professional, comfortable working in a collaborative environment. This role is suitable for procurement professionals looking to advance their careers or Procurement Managers seeking to join a large, dynamic business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Procurement Manager
• Lead on indirect category-focused projects and contract negotiations
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs and supplier management
• Collaborate with business unit heads, including Directors and Department Heads
• Support tenders and negotiations for large, complex contracts
• Deliver cost reductions, mitigate risks, and control annual category spend

Experience & Requirements

• Experience in indirect procurement
• Proven track record in managing end-to-end procurement projects
• Ability to build relationships across departments and with stakeholders
• CIPS, degree, or relevant qualification is a plus but not mandatory
