Job summary

Sea Global is partnering with a leading organisation to recruit a Procurement Manager into their growing procurement function. You will take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across FM/Construction and additional indirect categories, delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will lead category strategies, negotiate terms, manage supplier risk, and collaborate with Contract Management to drive supplier performance and spend

Qualifications

• CIPS qualification or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience delivering the full procurement lifecycle.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity across FM/Construction and other indirect categories.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies.
• Lead complex procurements and negotiate terms.
• Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks.

The successful candidate will take ownership of end-to-end procurement activity across FM/Construction and additional indirect categories, delivering strong commercial outcomes for the business.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activity across a range of projects, managng spend values in the millions.
• Develop and implement category and sourcing strategies across FM, Construction, Indirects, and more.
• Lead complex and high-value procurements and negotiate commercial and contractual terms.
• Identify and manage supplier and supply chain risks and lead supplier due diligence and market engagement.
• Work closely with Contract Management teams to ensure effective supplier performance.
• Utilise spend analysis, procurement data and reporting to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.

Experience & Requirements

• CIPS qualified, working towards qualification, or equivalent professional experience.
