Job summary

Salvation Army Homes is seeking an experienced Corporate Procurement Manager to lead our procurement strategy and maximize value for customers, staff and communities. The role combines technical procurement expertise with a collaborative, customer-focused approach to ensure compliant, efficient procurement across a diverse range of goods, services and contracts.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and commercially astute Corporate Procurement Manager to develop and lead the delivery of our procurement strategy and ensure that every pound spent delivers maximum value for our customers, colleagues and communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for a procurement professional who combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and customer-focused approach. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation's strategic objectives by ensuring compliant, efficient and value-driven procurement activity across a diverse range of goods, services and contracts.

Working closely with budget holders, operational teams and suppliers, you will drive best practice procurement, strengthen contract management arrangements and promote a culture of accountability, transparency and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid or home working role, dependent on location. Travel to London and Bolton offices and schemes across the country will be required occasionally.
