Herts Resourcing Group invites applications for a Procurement Manager at our Ware Campus. This role oversees the end-to-end procurement process, sourcing suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships to meet operational needs.
We require GCSE English/Maths at grade C or above, and CIPS Level 4 qualification, plus proven procurement experience. The position is on-site Monday-Friday with a DBS clearance as part of the appointment.
Salary – Up to 50k per annum depending on experience and qualifications
Holiday- 25 Days per annum plus bank holidays.
Location – Ware Campus – Monday to Friday – 8:45am-5pm ( Minimum 4 days on site )

As a Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and managing supplier relationships. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organisation has access to the necessary resources, materials, and services to meet our operational needs and deliver on our strategic objectives. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
