As the Procurement Manager, you'll manage a range of indirect categories across a variety of services including Marketing, Professional Services, IT, HR, FM with a Global remit, driving procurement and category strategies and centralisation while strengthening relationships with the relevant stakeholders and departments.

This role will be three days per week office based on a hybrid contract

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage key suppliers, developing strong performance through effective partnering and working relationships, driving ongoing improvements and innovation
• Identify opportunities to deliver value through supplier contract management, competitive market analysis and commercial tendering projects (RFP/RFQ etc)
• Identify and manage risks within the category
• Lead the procurement approach within business project activities as needed. Stakeholder Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders across the group to ensure alignment and drive a business partnering approach
• Ensure adherence to and promotion of governance and compliance activities
• Support implementation and management of new systems and processes

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years proven indirect Procurement experience with knowledge of Category Management.
• Experience in stakeholder management and business partnering
• Proven negotiation and supplier management experience
• Experience in initiating and delivering end-to-end procurement projects (rfp, rfq, etc)
• Experience in a greenfield environment
• Experience of supporting implementation of new procurement tools and platfoms (StP etc)
