Are you a commercially driven procurement leader ready to make a national impact?

Our client, a leading organisation with a large presence in London and the South East is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain mobilisation for major infrastructure projects across energy, rail, airports, defence, and more.

Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you'll lead a dynamic team responsible for contract development, bid pricing, supplier performance, and procurement strategy-contributing directly to business growth and profitability.

You will be responsible for the development and provision of supply chains for client bids ranging in value.

This is a client-facing, high-impact role requiring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and a passion for creating value through innovative supply chain solutions.

What you'll do:

• Lead procurement strategy for multi-million-pound client bids
• Oversee a team managing contracts and mobilisation across the UK
• Interface with clients, suppliers, and senior stakeholders
• Drive cost analysis, risk modelling, and continuous improvement
• Manage a high value procurement portfolio

About you:

• Leadership experience in procurement within infrastructure or utilities
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge (MCIPS preferred)
• Bid pricing, supplier negotiation, and strategic sourcing expertise
• Proficiency with SAP, Excel, PowerBI, and data-driven decision-making
