UK Staffing Group Limited in Bolton is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to lead a multi-site procurement function in a hybrid role. You will drive strategic procurement activity across categories, delivering value, quality and compliant performance across the organisation.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will develop the procurement team, manage tenders and supplier onboarding, negotiate contracts and work with Finance, IT and operations to forecast needs.

We're looking for an experienced procurement professional who combines strong commercial judgement with excellent stakeholder management skills. You'll ideally have:
Experience within education, healthcare, care, facilities management, property, infrastructure, retail, hospitality or another complex multi-site environment would be particularly relevant.
A recognised procurement qualification such as MCIPS would be advantageous but is not essential where the candidate can demonstrate the required level of commercial experience.
