Overview

We are seeking a proactive Procurement & Logistics Specialist to support the operational execution of procurement and logistics processes. The role is responsible for procurement, coordinating warehousing and transport, and ensuring efficient inventory management and customs operations across all regions.

Responsibilities
  • Logistics & Inventory Management
    • Manage 3PL providers alongside internal warehouse operations to ensure smooth logistics flow.
    • Coordinate inbound and outbound transport, including drop shipments.
    • Handle customs clearance and maintain accurate export/import documentation.
    • Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular counts, and manage returns to maintain accuracy.
  • Procurement
    • Raise purchase orders (POs) and RFQs for standard and third-party items.
    • Maintain and update supplier price lists and lead times.
    • Support supplier selection, vetting, and onboarding processes.
    • Liaise with vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
    • Maintain procurement processes and documentation.
  • Order Fulfilment
    • Manage standard and customised order processing.
    • Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping to meet customer delivery requirements with 3PL providers.
  • Reporting & Data Administration
    • Track and report on KPIs related to procurement and logistics.
    • Maintain accurate procurement and logistics data across systems.
    • Assist in preparing regular supply chain and operational reports.
  • Process & Cross-Functional Support
    • Support development and refinement of procurement and logistics procedures.
    • Work collaboratively with warehouse, production, and customer service teams to optimise supply chain operations
