Job summary

Hedyn is seeking a proactive Procurement Officer to join the Finance and Procurement team. You will lead procurement exercises, advise colleagues, support contract management, and drive value for money while promoting compliant, ethical procurement practices across the organisation.

In this role you will engage with stakeholders to deliver social value, maintain procurement records, and contribute to the 30 Year Business Plan through robust governance and strategic sourcing.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Knowledge of public procurement regulations and frameworks.
• Ability to provide strategic procurement advice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver procurement exercises in line with organisational policies, ensuring compliance with regulations and frameworks.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes for RFQs, tenders and mini-competitions across Hedyn, using contracts and frameworks to ensure value for money.
