Job summary

Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is seeking a Procurement Officer to join our values-led team. You’ll support end-to-end procurement across the organisation, manage tenders, supplier relationships, and assist with contract management to secure value-for-money for customers and communities.

Qualifications

• Proven procurement experience, ideally with public sector exposure.
• Ability to manage tenders and support supplier management.
• Strong spend analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end procurement across value thresholds.
• Support procurement strategies and category plans.
• Manage procurement pipelines and prioritise multiple projects.
• Assist with contract and supplier management, renewals and performance.
• Maintain and use e-procurement systems for efficiency.
• Analyse spend data and support KPIs and reporting.
• Provide procurement guidance to internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvements in procurement.
