Job summary

Pt Engineering & Manufacturing in the Oxford area is seeking a Procurement Lead to own purchasing, supplier performance and inventory planning across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of MRP systems, forecasting and stock management.
• Experience managing suppliers and negotiating pricing and delivery performance.
• Analytical with ability to drive procurement improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement activities for the site.
• Manage supplier relationships, pricing, and performance.
• Own MRP planning, purchasing and inventory control.
• Improve demand forecasting and material availability.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, planning and operations.
