Job summary

Brook Street is recruiting for a role in Liverpool to support a high-quality supplier assurance service. You will contact suppliers to verify insurance, review certificates, and manage data across CRM systems while supporting procurement teams.

The assignment runs until 31/03/2027 with strong extension potential, offering hybrid working after initial office-based weeks and a focus on governance, reporting and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Contact suppliers to check they are insured and able to carry out their work.
• Review insurance certificates and manage information across multiple CRM systems.
• Support procurement project teams with administrative, clerical, and data-handling tasks.
• Help with project mobilisation and early engagement activities.
• Support procurement activity and lead Tier 3 procurement activity by following set processes.
• Update and publish procurement guidance documents to the organisation's intranet.
• Identify risks in your own work and escalate appropriately.
• Deliver administrative support for governance and approvals processes, maintaining audit trails.
• Assist with assurance, financial management and corporate reporting processes.
• Contribute to stakeholder engagement with commercial awareness.
• Support budget monitoring and reporting, with awareness of team spend and impacts.
• Take responsibility for learning and development, attend meetings, and coach colleagues.
• Participate in continuous improvement by identifying and communicating process improvements.
