Job summary

Rev & Regs is recruiting a Third Party Oversight Manager in Liverpool. You will own the supplier landscape, ensuring partners deliver strong outcomes for clients and business, with a risk-based governance framework and clear escalation routes.

The role requires experience in supplier management in regulated environments, strong SLA oversight and excellent stakeholder communication. Hybrid work with two days in the Liverpool office is offered, plus a bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supplier management or vendor governance within a regulated environment.
• Strong SLAs, performance reviews and remediation capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day internal and external supplier relationships, incl. performance, incidents and remediation.
• Design and operate a criticality-based supplier oversight framework with governance and reporting.
• Define supplier ownership, escalation routes and relationship ownership.
• Track SLA/KPI performance with reviews, issue tracking and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee onboarding of new suppliers with risk assessment and governance setup.
• Provide concise reporting to Outsourcing Governance Committee on supplier metrics and risks.
• Escalate material supplier risks and service failures per governance expectations.
