We are looking for a Procurement Director to join our Building Fabric Pre-Construction team in London - taking ownership of Harmony's supply chain strategy across our passive fire and building fabric operations. As we scale at pace, the way we procure materials, manage subcontractors, and build our supply chain has a direct impact on our ability to win work, deliver profitably, and maintain the quality our clients expect. This role exists to get that right.
You will own the full procurement function - from supplier relationships and framework agreements through to cost control, risk management, and supply chain development. This is a senior leadership role with real commercial impact at the heart of a fast-growing business.
