Holman UK is seeking a Procurement Commercial Analyst to join our Birmingham office. The role focuses on driving supplier performance and data-driven procurement improvements, with emphasis on analytics, reporting and stakeholder engagement.

The position is permanent and offers a salary circa £50,000 depending on skills and experience. A strong background in Excel, Power BI, ETL and data quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or formal data analytical education preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) and data quality management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong working relationships with strategic suppliers (top spend).
• Communicate with operations, customers, and suppliers to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of supplier performance in a large network environment.
