Job summary

Innova Solutions is seeking an Associate Procurement Professional in Desford, UK to manage production orders, maintain pricing in purchasing systems, and ensure timely payments. The role supports NPI programs and continuous compliance while building strong supplier relationships and data-driven insights across QCLDM functions.

You will work with Buyers and cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements, extract data for reporting, and contribute to strategic procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of the purchasing process including supplier onboarding and RFQ.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to gather and analyse data to support strategic decisions.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Power BI and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage production contracts and purchase orders.
• Update purchasing systems with current pricing.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Oversee material delivery for NPI programs.
• Extract data and generate reports for operational support.
