Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Analyst for a fully onsite role in Desford, Leicestershire. You will lead planning activities for major NPI projects, optimize inventory and material flow, and support a $1B+ global supply chain.

Strong Excel skills and PFEP/NPI experience are essential. You will collaborate with procurement, operations, and logistics teams across regions and will present insights to cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven Excel data manipulation skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience in Supply Chain Planning for manufacturing environments.
• Ability to build business cases and present insights to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead supply chain planning activities for major NPI projects through 2027.
• Drive inventory optimization, material flow design and logistics improvements.
• Support RFID container tracking and other cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with global suppliers, procurement, and operations teams.
• Present data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
