Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a Procurement Administrator in Witney to join a specialist engineering environment. You will own day-to-day purchasing, manage supplier communications, and support procurement processes to ensure timely delivery of components.

You should have experience in procurement or purchasing, be comfortable handling purchase orders and supplier quotations, and collaborate with production, engineering and stores to optimise sourcing and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supplier management, or purchasing.
• Knowledge of supplier relationship management and sourcing.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase orders, supplier quotations, and delivery ETAs.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and supplier performance.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Stores, and Operations to reduce shortages.
